Our approach

We make our corporate headshot days as simple and easy as possible for your team by travelling to your offices to set up our mobile studio. Or, if needed, by hiring a nearby room/space.

Prior to our visit, we will work with you to decide on the best location for the headshots and know how to make even the most shy person feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Ideally, we have a list of names before the shoot day and we can be flexible on timings throughout, so as not to interrupt the work day.

We tether our camera to our editing laptop, so each person can see their photo straightaway, and with our guidance, can select the photo they feel works the best and, crucially, they are happy with.

Backdrops for photos

White, coloured or use your office space as the background – the choice is yours!

Some clients choose to have a white background and a coloured/natural backdrop, so they have the most choice for using the photos across multiple applications. We will discuss which background(s) you would like prior to the shoot.

All photos are supplied as high-resolution files, so can be cropped in as needed, for example for LinkedIn profile photos or website pages. Files are shared digitally.

Great value for money

Corporate headshot prices always include the photoshoot day(s), all editing time and backdrop hire.

We only charge extra for travel costs (45p per mile) to premises outside of Hampshire, plus hotel costs if deemed necessary, as we travel to all parts of the UK for our work. Hiring of additional rooms or spaces is an additional cost, although we will endeavour to find the best value location for you.
