When working with teams that are spread out across the globe, it is a crucial part of internal communications to review the year, celebrate the successes and thank everyone for their hard work.
The EUIT team at Astra Zeneca chose, once again, to work with us at FLYTE and with internal comms specialists Axiom Communications to produce a video to capture the essence of 2022 and celebrate the fantastic successes they have enjoyed.
The EUIT team has offices in the US, Sweden, Malaysia, the UK, Mexico, Costa Rica and India and it was crucial to share the success stories of all of these teams in the video. Therefore the brief was to provide self-filming guidelines to the teams and create a video using their footage, combined with premium motion graphics, text on screen and suitable music. We also added creative effects to link the teams together, including showing their locations on a world map and zooming in and out of them according to the footage being shown.
We were also tasked with creating a teaser video that was shown on the team’s intranet prior to the full-length video’s premier at a year-end, all-hands meeting.
The video was a great success thanks to a massive team effort from the AZ EUIT team, Axiom Communications fantastic project management and a spirit of true collaboration!
